RETURNS/REFUNDS

we will take returns back free of charge but we do not offer a refund cause there is so much that could of happen since you took them home if its the first day and you just left with them thats a different story but if its been a couple days we don't know if you have fed an water them properly and house them correctly we try to survey you to make sure you correctly care for them but that don't mean that everyone is always doing the right stuff you meet the gliders and decide to take them it's a at your own risk, People some times get impatient and want to play with them on the way home and they get loose in there cars and such and from time to time get hurt and pass away so we can't really do any returns and refunds normally because we are not a retail organization all money goes back to benefit the gliders and rescue for Cages,water bottles,food dishes and supplies, etc. 

we do not guarantee any ages are exact, We just go with the information that we have been given on gliders and we do not do refunds how ever we may try and work something out with you but thats not 100% percent going to happen if we do decide to do a refund and its within 3 days of pick up  the refund will only be half also if you wanted to put a deposit down on something that is 100% never refundable incase you change your mind or don't have the rest  but if something were to happen to the glider while in our possession then we would of course refund you the deposit
